Owned by Sherri Daugherty, Stella of New Hope and The Ghost Light Inn boast stunning views of the Delaware River, in the heart of historic New Hope, Pennsylvania.
Stella is named after Sherri's rescued one-eared pit bull. As a puppy, she was found on the streets of Bethlehem by her daughter Tara, who was attending college at Lehigh University. Stella came home to live with Sherri in April, 2015. Stella of New Hope celebrates and showcases local and seasonal ingredients from the region's best farmers and food artisans. With seating for 80 guests both indoors and outdoors, as well as private dining spaces for special events, Stella caters to various occasions.
The Ghost Light Inn is 12 rooms and offers unparalleled riverfront views. The notable Bucks County Playhouse, located right next door, shares our riverfront promenade and houses the inspiration for our featured ghost lights in each room.
